基于本体的装配过程几何仿真框架

摘要: 为了辅助装配工艺设计和验证,提出一种装配过程几何快速仿真本体框架,以本体模型驱动代替传统数据模型驱动,实现装配过程几何仿真自动建模。通过建立具有一般性的装配过程几何仿真本体模型,解决传统数据模型难以表达装配过程几何仿真中概念的复杂关联和知识表达的问题。在装配过程几何仿真本体模型的基础上,进一步研究本体知识决策的机制,实现仿真建模过程中的自动决策,有效地减少仿真建模的手工工作量。以飞机某翼盒组件的装配过程几何仿真为例,对装配仿真过程中典型的装配顺序决策问题进行决策,验证了所提框架的有效性。

Abstract: To assist assembly process planning and verification,a framework of fast geometrical simulation for assembly process was proposed.Ontology model was employed to replace traditional models to implement the fast simulation modeling.By constructing a general geometrical simulation for assembly process ontology model,difficulty in representing concepts,knowledge and their complex relations on geometrical simulation for assembly process was resolved which was very difficult to represent in traditional models.The ontology decision making mechanism was studied based on the ontology model so as to realize the automatic decision making in simulation modeling,which effectively decreased the manual work in modeling.The wing box component assembly process simulation in an airplane was employed as an example to verify the effectiveness of the framework.
